1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Fantasy (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Fantasy is a web-based workspace that routes user prompts to one or more third-party large-language-model providers (including, without limitation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, and self-hosted Ollama / vLLM instances) and returns their responses. Fantasy does not itself train or operate language models; it acts as an interface and orchestration layer.
Fantasy stores conversation history on your behalf so that you can resume past sessions. Stored content is encrypted at rest as described in the Privacy Policy. Plaintext content leaves our infrastructure only when sent to the specific model provider you select for a given prompt.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in France;
- generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that depicts real persons in sexually explicit situations without their consent;
- generate content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or dox identifiable individuals;
- plan or facilitate violence, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, or other physical harm;
- circumvent the safety measures of upstream model providers, including by attempting to extract their system prompts or training data;
- scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its API responses without our written permission;
- upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe it for unauthorised access;
- use the Service to build a competing product if you are doing so on behalf of a commercial competitor.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
5. Plans and fair use
The Service offers Free, Pro (€12.99 EUR/month), Builder (€29.99 EUR/month) and Automation (€99.99 EUR/month) plans. Pro is intended for unlimited normal interactive use under fair use; Builder adds more capacity for intensive project work; Automation is intended for API, MCP, backtesting and long-running automated workloads. Scraping, resale, key sharing and abusive or disproportionate workloads remain prohibited or subject to routing changes, queuing and throttling. Plan benefits may change; we will notify paid subscribers in advance of any change that materially reduces the value of their plan.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through the payment provider you select (PayPal recurring billing or NOWPayments one-shot crypto payment). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain paid access until then.
Refunds are at our sole discretion. Generally, we do not refund partial months. If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period, contact us and we will prorate or refund the affected portion.
Prepaid credits are a non-transferable Service balance, have no cash value and do not disable fair-use or anti-abuse limits. They are consumed only by metered features or after an included allowance is exhausted. Credits do not expire while the account remains open. A refunded or charged-back top-up is removed from the balance; credits already consumed may leave a balance due that must be cleared before further metered use.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts to supply digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
By ticking the dedicated box when you subscribe, you expressly request that performance of the Service begin immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal as from your first use of the Service.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and of the model outputs you generate, to the extent such ownership is recognised in your jurisdiction. Fantasy claims no licence over your content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service (transmit, store, encrypt, render).
The Fantasy brand, interface design, source code, and aggregated non-personal usage data are the property of Fantasy and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to copy or redistribute the Service.
9. Third-party models and providers
Responses generated by upstream model providers are subject to those providers' own terms and acceptable-use policies. Fantasy does not warrant the accuracy, lawfulness, or suitability of any model output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts.
Model availability is not guaranteed. Because the Service relies on a rotating set of third-party providers, the availability, performance, and continued support of any particular model may change, degrade, or be withdrawn at any time, without notice. This is inherent to the nature of the Service and applies with particular force to newly released models, which may be offered on a limited, experimental, or best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any specific model will remain accessible, and a temporary or permanent lack of access to a given model does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts in cases of material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid Fantasy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty (50) US dollars, whichever is greater.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer-protection law assigns exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere.
